Moore Manor Lavender – Return Policy

At Moore Manor Lavender, we want every customer to be delighted with their purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

• Opened or used body care items (lotions, essential oils, sprays, soaps, etc.)
• Food products (teas, honey, jams, lavender cookies, culinary lavender, etc.)
• Gift cards
• Seasonal or perishable items
• Sale or clearance items

Pottery Returns

Our handmade pottery pieces are one-of-a-kind. Pottery may be returned only if the item is unused and undamaged.

For online orders:
If pottery arrives broken or damaged, please email photos within 48 hours to mooremanorlavender@gmail.com. We will provide a refund or replacement for damaged or incorrect items.

Refunds or Replacements

We offer refunds or replacements depending on the situation.
Refunds or replacements are issued after we receive and inspect the returned item (unless the item arrived damaged, in which case photos are sufficient).

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error.
