How to use:
Hot-
Flax seed is an herbal flower seed that contains an oil that holds the heat longer than other grains like rice, corn, and buckwheat with no “food” smell. Our pillow will stay warm for about 45 minutes and can be reheated over and over again!
Heat in microwave for about 30 seconds. Please test hotness before placing on skin.

Cold-
This lavender flax seed eye mask can also be chilled in the freezer to be used as a soft, flexible, soothing cold pack to help relieve inflammation, headaches, pulled muscles, hot flashes, fevers, sunburns, insect bites, and pain.
Place in freezer at least one half hour before using.

To refresh the lovely scent simply squeeze the eye mask to break open the lavender buds or drop lavender essential oil on the inner pillow. Store in a sealed plastic bag when not in use.

Product comes with a Moore Manor Lavender tag and a descriptive card.
