At Moore Manor Lavender we combine flax seed with natural lavender buds from our farm to fill a pillow that can be heated or frozen to soothe sore and achy muscles. The oil in flax seed holds the heat better than other grains. Frozen, the pillows make a soft, flexible cold pack. Our eye mask is calming and therapeutic…use at the end of the day to help relieve eye strain, headaches, and fatigue or at the end of yoga to aid in relaxation.
